We are aware of Medical No Touch and DCF BOTs sometimes adding income records where the Begin date is after the End date. If you encounter this issue, submit a KEES Help Desk Ticket. After submitting the ticket, workers can update the Begin and End dates to the correct dates.
We are aware that some e-application statuses are not updating after saving and accepting EDBC results. While we work on fixing this issue, please manually update the status to Processed by Worker. Help Desk tickets are no longer needed.
We are aware of some tasks not following the Sticky Worker logic. Sticky Worker logic is the assignment of additional tasks received on the case to the worker who previously claimed or completed a task. The new task must be in the same Eligibility queue and received within 45 days of the claimed or completed task date. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket and include Sticky Worker Logic in the short description.
When the primary applicant has a date of death reported during their review period, staff need to follow the steps in the KEES User Manual, Primary Applicant’s Date of Death Reported at Review with Children Still in the Household.

The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar was updated on 03/17/2025 to include the new schedule to account for KanCare reviews being sent out on an earlier schedule. Calendar is available from 09/2024 through 08/2025.
