Income Records Saving Without a Frequency - FIXED

KEES will now save an income record with a frequency.

 

SSP Users Unable to Reset Password - FIXED

Consumers can reset their password on the SSP account.

 

EDBC Counting a Child Support – Court Ordered Expense when no Expense is Listed – FIXED

If no child support expense is entered, none will show on EDBC Summary page.

 

 

Medical Programs

 

EDBC Determining Incorrect SD in Prior Medical Months - FIXED

KEES will now set the correct spenddown amount during the prior medical months.

 

Missing e-App for SSP Review - FIXED

Reviews submitted through the SSP will generate an e-Review number and a task.

KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2025 can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

KanCare Proactive Communications Schedule

The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar was updated on 03/17/2025 to include the new schedule to account for KanCare reviews being sent out on an earlier schedule. Calendar is available from 09/2024 through 08/2025.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

Work Program Change Task not Auto-Assigned to Worker – FIXED

Change tasks for work programs will be assigned to the Career Navigator on the program block.

 

LIEAP not Giving High Dated EDBC – FIXED

EDBC for LIEAP will be high dated.

 

FAET Task Generating for a Household Incorrectly – FIXED

Households with minors will not generate a FAET Referral task.
