If staff experience a zero error when running EDBC with a RE Run Reason, this could be because the redetermination record on the program history page is missing a begin date. This page is accessed from the View Details button on the program block. These programs have to be fixed via a data fix and should be sent to the KEES Help Desk.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The Disqualification Contact Detail page for eDRS in KEES is no longer displaying as blank. Staff no longer need to use the Out of State contact lists found on the DCF Intranet as a workaround. This issue was originally communicated in the 4/28/21 KEES Dispatch. It was fixed in a past release, but we missed communicating that to you. We apologize for the inconvenience. If staff notice this issue is still occurring, please report it to the KEES Help Desk.
KEES Help Desk has received a handful of tickets around EDBC pulling in shelter expenses for someone no longer active on the program block. Remember to check EDBC Summary results prior to accepting and saving the results. If you notice expenses on the summary page that should not be there, please report the issue to the KEES Help Desk and they will help determine a workaround.
When Food Assistance closes for failure to provide a 12 Month Report or Interim Report and is then rescinded, the Review Due Date and IR Due Date is set incorrectly. Please send these cases to the KEES Help Desk to be fixed and note what the Review Due Date and IR Due Date should be in your ServiceNow Ticket. A similar issue was sent out in the 4/6/22 dispatch as well: Review and IR Due Dates are not being set correctly when the first application month is denied. This issue is still outstanding as well, and cases impacted should continue be sent to the KEES Help Desk for a data fix.
Lawful Permanent Residents that have not been in the US for at least 5 years are being coded as a MEM instead of FRE on TANF Programs. This seems to only be impacting TANF. Until this issue is fixed, send these cases to the KEES Help Desk for a workaround. This was previously communicated in the 2/16/22 dispatch and remains an issue.
