Non-Medical Programs

 

Added in Error and Permanently Out of the Home Household Statuses Not Recognized when Running EDBC on FA

EDBC for Food Assistance is not correctly looking at the household statuses of Added in Error and Permanently Out of the Home. People with these statuses are not being denied or discontinued as expected. Until this issue is fixed, send any impacted cases to the KEES Help Desk for a workaround.

 

Child Care Family Plan is not Calculating when a Child is an Eligible Non-Citizen

EDBC is recognizing eligible Non-Citizens for Child Care; however, the Child Care Family Plan is not. This can result in a Child Care Batch EDBC does not Match the Family Plan task. When staff go to re-calculate the Child Care Family Plan, N/As appear. Until this issue is fixed, send any impacted cases to the KEES Help Desk for a workaround.

 

Income not counting in full when an Ineligible Alien- Unwilling or Unable to Provide Documentation has a Child Support Non-compliance on FA

When a non-compliance of CSS Noncooperation or Child Support is added for an adult coded FRE- Ineligible Alien (Unwilling or unable to provide documentation), KEES is not correctly budgeting the full income and is instead budgeting a prorated amount. Until this is fixed, when staff find this situation, the Child Support or CSS Noncooperation noncompliance for FA should be removed and an entry should be added to the Journal documenting the action taken. The corresponding non-compliances for TANF and CC should remain.
