The KEES Help Desk needs assistance in determining if staff are still experiencing issues with the Reasonable Compatibility determination not generating after the Request Verifications button has been used to verify income. If this is still occurring, please have a ticket submitted to the KEES Help Desk and include the following information:
Case number.
Name of worker who made the verification call.
Which income record you were attempting to verify (please include who the income was for, the income type, the income amount, and the begin/end dates of the record).
The date and time the verification call was made.
