Application Opened in Error Negative Action

This is a reminder that only KEES Help Desk staff should be using the Negative Action Reason of Application Opened in Error. There is a long list of rules that go with using this Negative Action Reason. When used improperly, a data fix is generally required to fix it.

 

E-Applications not Generating a PDF

We are aware of a few e-applications not generating PDFs onto a case and workers are unable to locate the PDF in Perceptive Content. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

KanCare Proactive Communications Schedule

The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar was updated on 03/17/2025 to include the new schedule to account for KanCare reviews being sent out on an earlier schedule. Calendar is available from 09/2024 through 08/2025.
