The Reviews Discontinuance Batch will run 05/16/2024 in the evening for reviews that were due in April 2024. Staff will see closures for Failure to Return Review.
Grievance tasks must be worked in the contact log correctly to feed over into KMMS. These numbers are reported to federal agencies, so it is important that they are worked correctly. If the consumer is called but does not answer the phone, the worker should go back to the contact log and click Update, then mark Grievance Follow Up-Unresolved and put their notes in the Additional notes field. This will complete the first task but create a second, then a third task, and track the attempts until it is considered complete at 3 attempts. If the consumer is reached, the worker can mark Grievance Follow Up Resolved and check the box next to Work Completed During Contact and enter additional notes. We are aware of No Touch registering consumers over the age of 19 to their most recent case in error. If you encounter this issue, please deny them on the incorrect case and register them on the correct case. Incident tickets are not needed for this issue at this time.
