The reported issue of the postpartum variable showing as 2 months when it should show 12 months has been fixed.

The reported issue of the Benefit change NOA CHIP Premium Reduction Snippet M339 showing a begin date of 12/01/9998 has been fixed.

 

8600 Error when Clicking on the Program Hyperlink on EDBC List Page – FIXED

The reported issue of receiving an 8600 error when clicking the Program Hyperlink on the EDBC List page has been fixed.

 

Presumptive Eligibility Not Receiving a Hard Stop Validation Error when Required Answers are Missing – FIXED

The reported issue of PE not receiving a hard stop validation error when required answers are missing has been fixed.

Incorrect Enhanced Rate on ES-1627 – FIXED

The reported issue of the ES-1627a having the wrong enhanced rate has been fixed.

 

Receiving Rescind Override Needed Validation in Error – FIXED

The reported issue or receiving a Rescind Override Needed Validation Error when rescinding a program block has been fixed.

 

All Months of a Family Plan Revert to N/As when Removing Override – FIXED

The reported issue of all months of the Family Plan reverting to N/As when removing the override has been fixed.  

 

REMINDER: Entering ABAWD Time Limit Records

UPDATE: ABAWD months will start counting July 1, 2023. To reduce the risk of closing a Food Assistance program in error, staff should be completing the Time Limit records when needed. The “Did not meet work/training requirement” record type can be used starting with the July 2023 benefit month beginning on Friday May 19th. This is when July becomes available as a come up month in KEES.  As a reminder, “Did not meet work/training requirement” is only added through come up month. All other time limit record statuses are added through the next Review or IR month as shown in the chart below.

 

Making sure Time Limit records have been entered correctly will help ensure data collection for ABAWDS is accurate when the ABAWD batch resumes in a few months. A month with no Time Limit record will be treated as a countable ABAWD month by KEES.  The current ABAWD period is 10/2022-09/2025. Make sure Time Limit records are added to the current ABAWD period.
