We are aware of KEES adding Social Security Income records when workers are requesting verifications on a zero income record. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket. To ensure that the income calculation is correct during the EDBC determination, end-date the Social Security Income records to the previous month before running EDBC for the current month.
