The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar was updated on 03/17/2025 to include the new schedule to account for KanCare reviews being sent out on an earlier schedule. Calendar is available from 09/2024 through 08/2025.
KEES is incorrectly routing two tasks for Child Care to the Work Programs queue in error when the Child Care program block is assigned to an eligibility Ghost Worker ID.

Child Care Batch EDBC does not match the Family Plan
Until this issue is fixed, EES eligibility staff need to filter for these task names on the Task Inventory page or on the BPM Outstanding Task report and work the task regardless of the assigned queue. If the tasks are for Work Programs, they generate in an Assigned status and KEES assigns them to the Career Navigator on the Child Care program block.
