NOA & Forms may not be generating for individuals with an Administrative Role (Admin Role)
It has been reported that there may be situations where a NOA or Form is generating for the Primary Applicant but not generating for individuals with the following Admin Roles:
In order to gauge how wide spread the issue is, and to help determine a priority for resolution, please submit an Incident ticket to the KEES Help Desk for all situations where a NOA or Form generated for others associated to the program such as the Primary Applicant, but did not generate for one of the above Admin Roles. Staff should review the case to ensure that the individual’s Admin Role was active during the period that the EDBC was approved for. Staff should also ensure the individual with the Admin Role is not hidden on the case and has an active Address record. When reporting the issue, staff should complete the KEES Issue Template (Forms and NOAs section), but also please indicate whether the individual with the Admin Role is a case person or was added through the RDB.
Buy In Reminder
The Buy In Deletion Report will be available to eligibility staff on the 14th of each month. The Buy In file will be sent to CMS early on the morning of the 21st. This means the Buy In Deletion Report will need to be completed by 5:00 PM on June 20, 2019. Any cases newly authorized between the 14th and the 20th that qualify for immediate buy in, or cases that need the deletion to be removed from the CMS file, will need to have an email sent to the DXC Buy In team no later than 2:00 PM on the 20th so they can be manually processed. ksxix-buyin@dxc.com
