CHIP Still Showing Delinquent on PB after Payment, and Working Healthy Premiums are not Showing Delinquent When They Should  

We are aware of the premium delinquent fields not displaying correct information on the medical program. For the most up-to-date information, check Premium Billing. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket for this issue.

 

Contact Info Change Task - Duplicate Task Generated When New Task is Created  

We are aware of the Contact Info Change task being duplicated when the task is being created in KEES. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket. Please make sure you are not double-clicking the Save and Continue button.

 

Current™ - ID of First Task Bundle not being used for Subsequent Tasks   

We are aware of an issue of tasks not bundling in CURRENT. Submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if workers experience this issue.

 

400.2 Error Multiple Times - Received Date is 12/01/9999

We are aware of the 400.2 error when the received date on tasks is future dated to 12/01/9999. Please ensure that the received date is the date workers are expecting. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this issue occurs.

 

Task had Approved/Completed Outcome set on 5/6 and Should Have Completed in KEES  

We are aware that in some instances tasks are being Approved/Completed in CURRENT, but not being completed in KEES. If this issue occurs for you, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket. Workers can complete the task in KEES after the ticket is submitted.

 

KEES Tasks not being sent to CURRENT  

We are aware that Info Rcvd on Denied/Disc, KDHE Verify Date of Death, and Process Change tasks are not always being sent to CURRENT. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this issue affects you.

 

Current™ - On Hold Task No Longer Assigned to Worker on Task in KEES

We are aware that some KEES tasks not staying assigned to the worker that placed the task on hold in CURRENT. Submit a KEES Help Desk Ticket if you come across this issue.
