No Touch Not Updating Reporting Page

No Touch may not update the reporting page when an application is received in the month or the month after a review is due. The Reporting detail page should be updated to show a Document Status of Received, the Received Date should populate, and the App Signed should show Yes. Staff will need to manually add the Received Date and update the App Signed question to Yes.  If you encounter this error, please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk.

 

Premium Changes

When making a change to a premium in a past month, please ensure you are checking the Premium Billing System the next day to see if the change has been made. If it has not, please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk.

KanCare Proactive Communications Schedule

The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar was updated on 03/17/2025 to include the new schedule to account for KanCare reviews being sent out on an earlier schedule. Calendar is available from 09/2024 through 08/2025.
