Case Member List Page is Missing Household Member and Zero Error Received – FIXED

The issue of the Case Member List page not displaying all applicants has been fixed as well as the Zero Error staff were receiving.

 

Previous Case List Page Displays as Blank During e-Application Linking Process – FIXED

The Previous Case List page was not always displaying a usable case number when one existed during the e-Application linking process. This issue has been fixed.

 

1001 Error Received During e-Application Linking Process – FIXED

Staff should no longer experience a 1001 error after selecting the Create New Case button on the Previous Case List page during the e-Application linking process. This issue has been fixed.

 

 

Medical Programs

 

Unable to Push Past Soft Warning at Run EDBC – FIXED

Medical staff are supposed to receive a SOFT warning when running EDBC for prior medical months & app month out of order. Staff should be able to click Run EDBC a second time to push past the warning message, but instead were receiving the warning again. This has been fixed. Please refer to the 05/20/2022 Dispatch for more details on when this soft warning can be bypassed.

 

EDBC Denying Consumer With Passing Medically Needy Budget – FIXED

Consumers with a Transfer of Property Non-Compliance record were showing as Denied at EDBC even though they were receiving a passing Medically Needy budget. This issue has been fixed.
