CE Change Requests – Reminder

The KEES Help Desk is seeing more incident tickets requesting CE changes mid-CE when a household has multiple review dates.  Please refer to KFMAM 2312 – Changes in Coverage during a Continuous Eligibility Period, and the 5/13/2022 KEES Dispatch – May Release Notes.  These resources explain when it is appropriate for KEES to extend or shorten a CE period.  

 

Downstream Task Populating with Incorrect Received Date

We are aware of Pre-Populated Review tasks populating the wrong received date in some instances. If this issue occurs for workers, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket. Then create a new task with the correct received date.

 

Verification Records Updating Received Date when not Changed on Individual Demographics Page

We are aware that occasionally the Received Date is being updated to the current date on the Verification Detail page when no changes were made on the Individual Demographics page. Submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this issue occurs.

 

Current™ - On Hold Tasks Unbundled in Current

We are aware of tasks occasionally being unbundled when the task is set to On Hold. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

 

EDBC Denying the PA for CSS Non-Coop Penalty while Applying for Disability

We are aware of KEES denying persons that are applying for disability coverage when they have a CSS Non-Coop Penalty in some instances. Submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this occurs.
