5000 Error received when Trying to Select or Edit NEW Non-Citizenship Record – FIXED

The reported issue of receiving a 5000 Error when trying to Select or Edit a New Non-Citizenship record as been fixed.

9300 Error when Saving Family Plan – FIXED

The reported issue of receiving a 9300 Error when saving the Family Plan has been fixed.

 

EDBC Cannot be Run Because an Interview Record was not Created, when an Interview Record has been Created for a New Application – FIXED

The reported issue of KEES not recognizing a New Interview Record was created for a New Apps causing an EDBC Validation message in error has been fixed.   

 

EDBC Cannot be Run Because an Interview Record was not Created, when an Interview Record has been Created for at Review – FIXED

The reported issue of KEES not recognizing a New Interview Record was created for a Review causing an EDBC Validation message in error has been fixed.

 

Disabled Individuals Exempt from ABAWD

REMINDER: The Medical Condition page must be completed if an individual is disabled and exempt from ABAWD work requirements. By entering an appropriate record on the Medical Condition page, KEES will recognize that the person is not an ABAWD, and a record will not need to be entered into the Time Limits page.  Enter an Active Medical Condition record with a Medical Condition Type of Incapacity – Verifiable and at Least 30 Day for the following reasons:

Refer to ABAWD Supplemental Training Guide pages 19-20 for more information.

 

Non-Medical Processing Deadlines

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.

 

 

PPS Programs

The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2023 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
