Staff are currently unable to delete notices that are Pending Central Print. Until this is fixed, staff need to send a ticket to the KEES Help Desk to have the notice deleted. The ticket must be sent the same day (by 5pm) and needs to include the case number, program, Form or NOA name and benefit month. Screenshots are helpful as well.
A hard stop validation message is being displayed for some staff when they click the View button on the Income List page to view the history of the income records for the case. The validation message requires them to select a Program Type and Category. For Medical staff, please select the Program Type of Medical and vice versa for Non-Medical. For the Category, please select Earnings. Staff should then click the View button to display the results. The results should display the history of the income for the case. As part of this workaround staff SHOULD NOT click the Add button.
Auto Worker Assignment is not working for the Presumptive Eligibility-Adult program block; however, staff are still be able to complete the Worker Assignment manually, so this should not prohibit the registration process.
Intake tasks with an e-App Source of P-EBT Portal are showing in the Registration Queue for Medical. A fix is being researched. In the meantime, Medical staff should not claim these tasks. Non-Medical staff will be claiming these until the issue is resolved.
The Disabled Indicator is not mapping for Other Applicants to the e-Application Other Applicant Detail page. Staff will need to review the application PDF to determine who is claiming a disability.
In the release notes sent on Friday, June 26, 2020 a workaround was provided directing staff on how to by-pass the Records Match pages in KEES. However, this workaround is no longer valid as this functionality is being turned off until further notice. Staff should complete Data Acceptance following their normal business processes.
