We have become aware that some applications submitted through the Medical SSP do not have the signature page in the PDF. We have confirmed that this issue is specific to the PDF only – the application was signed & we are able to see that in the database. If an eligibility worker comes across this issue, it is a safe assumption that the application was signed. Staff no longer need to submit tickets for this issue.
