A soft warning was added to the Medical SSP when a user attempts to submit a Medical application without applying for anyone. However, if the user ignores this warning and submits their SSP application, the worker will need to follow-up with the consumer and verify who is applying for benefits. This will ensure we are taking the correct course of action on these applications.
Currently there are two paths these eApps may take:
If No Touch is unable to complete file clearance/registration, then it will fallout and produce an Intake task for Registration Staff.
If No Touch is able to complete file clearance, then it will only be able to create a new case number as part of the registration process. It will not be able to create the program block since no one was applying for coverage. In this case, the program block will have to be manually created by staff once they have received confirmation of who is applying.
