We are aware of consumers uploading password protected documents through the SSP upload link. Staff will need to reach out to consumers and ask to re-upload the document without a password. If they cannot be reached by phone, a letter of verification needs to be sent out with the snippet below the notice, We received an encrypted document from you. We cannot use encrypted documents for processing. You are welcome to resubmit it through the self-service portal.. This snippet is being added to the SCP.
We have become aware of some issues regarding the messaging with proactive communications. Some consumers had formatting issues with the address. Their initial message will be resent tomorrow, 07/18/2024. We will be expanding the timeframe for when messages are communicated with beneficiaries. The new timeframe is from 9am to 2:30pm. An updated calendar will be uploaded on the KEES Repository.
