The KEES Help Desk has received reports that when a worker views the NOA that generates after EDBC, the wrong case information is displaying; however, if they close it and view it again the NOA has all of the correct information. Additional case examples are needed to assist us in troubleshooting this issue. Please continue to submit Help Desk tickets when this issue is encountered.
KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The KEES Help Desk is getting reports of the GOALS program type not displaying on the FAET Program Block. This seems to be occurring when there is a Work Program record without an end date on the Work Registration List page. As a workaround, the worker will need to remove the Work Program record from the Work Registration List page that has the Type of WP and add the record back with an end-date that corresponds with when the Work Programs Program Block closed. Adding an end date without first removing the record and then adding it back is resulting in a Zero error.

The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
