The KEES Help Desk is aware that some staff are experiencing issues with KEES due to their browser settings. We have been working with EBITS to determine how to fix these issues. It is not necessary for staff to submit a KEES Help Desk ticket for each case worked if the worker has the same issue on every case. However, please ensure that a ticket has been submitted on your behalf that lists which of these issues you are experiencing, as that is the only way we will know which staff are impacted.

Long Description box does not expand.
If journal is entered in unexpanded Long Description box, journal will not save.
Task Management
Cannot see tasks from within the context of the case – displays ‘Data Did Not Populate Correctly.’
Cannot manually create new tasks from within the context of a case.

The reported issue of the Reject All button not working when adding new Resource records has been fixed.
The reported issue of fields disappearing on the Income Detail page after the Effective Dating Confirmation List page has been saved is now fixed.
Password Reset emails will no longer contain a password. There is a link in the email that is valid for 24hrs. Please click the link and follow the onscreen instructions in OIM.

The Buy In Deletion Report will be available to eligibility staff on the 14th of each month. The Buy In file will be sent to CMS early on the morning of the 21st. The Buy In Deletion report that is received on 07/14/2021 will include all cases that lost eligibility 05/31/2021.
The removal of the deletion records by Gainwell Technologies will need to be completed by 5:00 PM on 07/20/2021. Any cases that need the deletion removed from the CMS file, will need to have an email sent to the Gainwell Technologies Buy In team no later than 2:00 PM on 07/20/2021 so they can be manually processed by the 5:00 PM deadline. The requests can be sent on a daily basis as the report is worked. Gainwell Technologies cannot guarantee that the manual processing will be completed before the CMS file is sent if the manual deletion requests are received after 2:00 PM on 07/20/2021.
If a deletion was manually removed from the CMS file last month, and the eligibility for that member is still not up to date in the MMIS at the point the deletion file is sent to CMS this month, that deletion will go to CMS even though that member is only listed on the Buy In Deletion report once.
If a new buy in case is being approved on or between 07/14/2021 and 07/20/2021 and qualifies for immediate buy in, please send an email to the buy in team so it can be considered for manual accretion to CMS on the file. The member must be known to the MMIS to be manually added to the buy in file. ksxix-buyin@dxc.com.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The previous data mapping issue has been fixed. Staff may begin registering P-EBT e-Applications now.
Staff are unable to complete tasks when there are Pending verifications on a companion case. Until this issue has been resolved, staff can select a Task Status of Pending and then Complete the task. Staff no longer need to submit KEES Help Desk tickets for this issue.
The reported issue of a zero error when adding a new or editing an existing Real Property Detail record when the Property Address radio button is blank has been fixed.
The reported issue of not being able to select a Worker ID on the Foster Care Resource Detail page has been fixed.
The reported issue of clicking the Add button on the Service Arrangement Detail page to enter required fields to avoid validation soft warning has been fixed.
The issue where an error would display when trying to Accept EDBC due to the issuance exceeding the limit of single payments has been fixed.
