KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Robotic Processing Automation (RPA BOT) was used in KEES this week to issue a supplemental payment for EWAP. A supplemental payment amount of $1247.35 was issued on behalf of 3681 active EWAP households. The payment was issued directly to the water vendor(s) listed in KEES on behalf of the household. The RPA BOT created a journal entry on the EWAP case number as well. Approval notices for the supplemental payment will be generated and mailed to EWAP households tonight.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
