During the 7/19/2019 July Release Webinar, Employment Service Staff were instructed to use the new Need Type of Retention Services when setting up a Service Arrangement for the Work Retention Payment Program. Currently in KEES when using the new Need Type of Retention Services the Service Arrangement Detail fails to display a Need Type. Employment Service Staff should continue to use a Need Category of Job Search/Job Retention and a Need Type of Job Retention Coaching when issuing a Work Retention payment to a consumer.
PPS Eligibility Staff should continue to access BARI and BASI via the sessions icon on their computer for wage and unemployment information. The KEES KDOL Interface will not work for PPS Eligibility purposes.
