Manual EDBC Reason no Longer Defaults - Fixed

The reported issue of manual EDBC reason no longer auto-populating on the Create Manual EDBC page for Adoption Assistance, Independent Living, Permanent Custodian Subsidy, VenPay, and LIEAP programs has been fixed.

Code Script on Run EDBC Page Under Validation - Fixed

The reported issue of a javascript error displaying in the current month when running a manual EDBC has been fixed.

Medical Programs

LTC Details are Missing on the Budget for Overridden EDBCs. - Fixed

The reported issue of LTC details not appearing on the Medical Summary page under Eligible Budgets after an EDBC override has been fixed.  

Workers however should be aware that for any LTC program (waivers), when you complete an override, the Medical EDBC Override List page will still display the ORIGINAL waiver, but once you click the Save and Return button for the EDBC, it will display correctly on the budget as shown below.  This is a display only issue.

In addition, for WORK, the LTC details do not display at all on the Medical EDBC Override List page.  However, the worker should still click the Save and Return button and the LTC Detail will display on the EDBC budget. This is a display only issue.

Medical Processing Deadlines

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

Non-Medical Programs

Child Placement Detail Payee field is no Longer a Dropdown - Fixed

The reported issue of the Child Placement Detail Payee field no longer appearing as a dropdown has been fixed.

No Option for College Work-Study Income Type on Income Detail Page - Fixed

The reported issue of College Work-Study income missing from the Type drop-down field on the Income Detail page has been fixed.  

Unable to Complete Tasks Due to " Verifications must be completed" Error. Pending Verifications are for Companion Case - Fixed

The reported issue of being unable to complete tasks due to Verification must be completed error caused pending verifications on a companion case has been fixed.

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2021 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
