We have been made aware of an issue pertaining to the Premium Delinquency Batch that is causing a 1700 error to occur when viewing EDBC results. A data fix is planned for this week to help correct the issue until the defect can be fixed. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk Ticket.
We are aware of the section codes of 'MIS', 'PAL', and/or 'FSM' not determining full medical coverage for beneficiaries if the begin date is less than 5 years from the benefit month. These immigration codes do not need to meet the five-year bar for determine medical benefits. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk Ticket.
It is important for eligibility staff to ensure that the Reporting Record on the Review and IR/12 Month Reporting List page is updated before running EBDC for processing the review. Not updating this record can give incorrect EDBC results and has other downstream impacts.

Staff should not use Multi-Month EDBC for Food Assistance applications at this time. When EDBC is ran using Multi-Month, the Consolidated Work Requirements forms are not generating and mailing to clients.
Staff registering reviews should ensure that they have entered a “Received Date” on the Reporting Page. This allows us to accurately report data about reviews to FNS.
When allowing for reasonable opportunity verifications (TANF and CC), staff should take the following steps:
Set the Due Date on the KEES Verification Detail Page to be 3 months from the date the case was processed.
Set the Request Date to be 10 days prior to the Due Date.
If the requested information is received prior to the Request Date, the status on the Verification Detail page must be changed to “Verified” and the Request Date must be matched up to correspond with the date the verification was received.”
KEES generates “Verification Not Received Tasks” 10 days after the Request Date, not based on the Due Date.
