Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
When registering a P-EBT e-application, staff should only add children to the Program Block that have a unique identifier. This can be determined by clicking the name hyperlink in the Other Applicants section of the e-app Summary page, and then expanding the Additional Information box; or by reviewing the Other Program Assistance page after e-linking the e-application to review which children have OPA records mapped over. The Primary Applicant should not be added to the P-EBT Program Block unless they are a high school student applying for themselves.
Since P-EBT is processed through a batch, the only opportunity for data acceptance of address changes is during registration. After registering a P-EBT e-application, the registration staff should navigate to the Contact Summary page and accept any reported address changes. This will help ensure that the Kansas Benefits Card is mailed to the correct address.
Staff do not need to use the telephonic signature process for the PDF that is being generated from reviews without the e-signature being submitted from the SSP. They may be accepted as is and worked.
