If you are having trouble imaging to Perceptive Content (PC) AND have already upgraded your PC software, please send a ticket to EBITS as this is now a browser issue. The KEES Help Desk has no way to fix this.

 

If you have NOT upgraded your PC software, failing to do so by 7/31/2023 will have resulted in your linking capabilities to no longer function until the upgrade is complete. The email with instructions was sent on 7/21/2023 at 3:14pm from Chris McGinley.
