The KEES Help Desk has become aware of an issue with the data that is mapping to the Individual Demographics page. It appears that the information does not belong to the person whose page the worker is on, but rather to another person also known to the case. In addition, the e-App that the data is mapping in from, may have been linked to another case that person is known to, rather than the case the worker is on.
Staff should carefully review all data mapped to the Individual Demographics page and ensure that any inaccurate data is rejected.
