The issue of eChanges showing multiple case numbers associated to them has been fixed. This has also fixed the issue of the eChange tasks sometimes associating to the wrong case number/office.
Some tasks were showing a question mark where a hyphen should display. This has been fixed.
When using the Request ID search feature from the KEES home page, duplicated entries were being returned. This has been fixed.
The issue where the incorrect start date would appear on CHIP Approval NOAs has been resolved.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The issue where the SSP Review PDF was missing the Rights & Responsibilities page as well as the Signature, has been fixed.
Some of the PDF’s associated to Non-Medical SSP applications were failing to show which programs were being applied for. This issue has been corrected.
There was an issue with LIEAP not recouping an overpayment at EDBC. This has now been fixed.
There was an issue with the strengths field drop-down not displaying on the page that has now been fixed.
The Auto Worker Assignment Logic for the P-EBT program was assigning some programs to the incorrect office. This is now fixed.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2021 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
