Auto Journal did not Create with the Correct Application (Submitted) Date.

We are aware of the auto journal not displaying the correct application date in KEES when an e-application is linked to the case. If this issue occurs for you, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

 

 

Medical Programs

 

'Resend Verification Code' Hyperlink Non-Functional after Initial Code has Expired on the 'Enter Verification Code' Modal

We are aware of consumers not receiving a new verification code after 10 minutes. If a consumer calls and reports this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket on their behalf. Direct the consumer through the two-factor authentication process again, and to enter the code as quickly as possible, before the code expires.
