KIERA has been updated to only allow a consumer to update their address to a normalized address. If no normalized address is returned to the consumer, or the consumer does not want to use the normalized address, they will be given the fall out message to use the SSP, or contact the Clearinghouse for assistance with changing their address.
The Remove Button on the Income Amount Detail Page Not Working - FIXED
The reported issue of the Remove button not working on the Income Amount Detail page has been fixed.
The known issue of an Income Document task being created when an SSP Review is received has been fixed.
The known issue of Process Review task not creating after completion of Registration task has been resolved.
The reported issue of receiving an 8600 Error when selecting the E app number on the Search Result Summary page has been resolved.
The reported issue of exempt resources being used in a determination has been resolved.
The known issue of receiving a Zero Error after clicking the Save and Continue button on the EDBC List page has been fixed.
The reported issue of not being able to generate a NOA due to the program having no drop-down option has been fixed.
The known issue of getting a blank determination when using the RE Run reason has been resolved.
KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The reported issue of the Remove button missing from the Income Amount Detail page has been fixed.
The reported issue of Child Care cases skipping issuance because of a CSS Non-Cooperation has been fixed.
The reported issue that the C811- Child Care Family plan generating with a blank benefit table has been fixed.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
