We are aware of medical applications sometimes generating non-medical PDFs in Perceptive Content. If staff come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket. Staff can process the medical application off the e-application summary.

There was a known issue with the EES Registration BOT reapplying with an incorrect Begin Date of Aid. In some situations, when the application was reapplied the month after the program is discontinued, the BDA was set to 9/1/2024. If found when processing an application, please submit a ticket to Helpdesk. This issue has been fixed, but there may still be applications impacted that have not been processed.
For applications received through the SSP, there will not be a downstream Process Application task. This is true both for applications that were registered by the BOT and those that fell out and required manual registration.
