Cannot Assign Worker to Task During Manual Task Creation - Fixed

Workers can now select Task Assignment during manual task creation.

 

Blank Journal Entries - Fixed

The issue with the nightly Batch creating blank journal entries has been resolved.

 

NEW indicator on OPA page - Fixed

The New indicator on the Other Program Assistance List page was not disappearing after data acceptance was completed. This has now been resolved.

 

 

Medical Programs

 

Presumptive Eligibility Detail Displaying Wrong QE Name - Fixed

The Presumptive Eligibility Detail page was not always displaying the correct QE Name. This has been resolved.

The Presumptive Eligibility Detail page was not always displaying the QE Name. This has been resolved.

 

eApp Status Updating Incorrectly - Fixed

The eApp Status on PE/Medical eApps will now remain In Progress until both program blocks have been processed.

 

Medical SSP mapping in Auth. Rep. - Fixed

The Medical SSP was mapping in data for an Auth. Rep. when it should not have been. This has been corrected.

 

PE Confirmation Number - Fixed

PE eApps will now generate a Confirmation Number upon submission.

 

Intake-PE Task - Fixed

The Intake-PE task was not generating for all PE applications. This issue has been fixed.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

EDBC Soft Warning - Fixed

The soft warning about Pending Medical verifications on Non-Medical cases has been resolved.

 

Max Amount for Independent Living Program - Fixed

The maximum amount for the Independent Living Program was updated and will be effective 9/01/2021.

 

FA Missed Interview Batch - Fixed

The overnight batch file was not auto denying FA Programs for missed interviews. This has been fixed.

 

Non-Medical Processing Deadlines

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2021 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
