Any time a worker experiences an error verifying immigration status through the Verify Lawful Presence (VLP) Interface, a Help Desk ticket must be sent. It is never acceptable to send the case for a manual SAVE verification or use any other workaround in this situation, unless instructed by the Help Desk or if following an approved workaround.
Please remember that whenever workers experience an issue or error in KEES, workers must send a ticket to the Help Desk. Users must not create their own workarounds or perform manual overrides unless instructed by the Help Desk, or unless an approved workaround already exists.
