CE Adjustment Reasons

Help Desk has noticed that with the increase of adjusting the CE End Dates to accommodate the Review workarounds, the Adjustment Reason being used is Help Desk Adjustment.  It is important to select the appropriate reason; please use Change in Circumstance from now on.  Help Desk staff ONLY are to use Help Desk Adjustment.

 

The Continuous Eligibility Adjustment reasons can be found in the KEES User Manual under Family Medical > Continuous Eligibility Adjustment Reasons if staff need an explanation of what reason to use and when it’s appropriate to use.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
