The KEES Help Desk has been receiving reports that some NOAs are not generating after EDBC has been Accepted/Saved. After researching the issue, it has been determined that this is caused by navigating away from the EDBC directly after saving the result. Staff should wait for the system to complete the process. If a NOA is generated, KEES will automatically re-route to the Distributed Documents page where the NOA can be reviewed. Staff should not click on Distributed Documents (or any other link) themselves, as this will prevent the NOA from generating.
We are working on a fix, but until such time as one is found, please be patient and avoid navigating away from the EDBC after saving the results.
