When staff are utilizing the submitter functionality on the Self-Service Portal (SSP) to complete a walk-in application or phone application, staff will need to ensure that the email address listed on the Primary Applicant screen is that of the consumer. If a staff member’s email is populated, staff will need to remove their email address and replace it with the email address for the consumer. Consumers are required to provide an email address while utilizing the Self-Service Portal (SSP).
