Thursday 9/22: 6am – 8pm
Friday 9/23: 6am – 8pm
Saturday 9/24: 12pm – 9pm
Sunday 9/25: 3pm – Monday 8pm
This weekend Perceptive Content will be updated. While the update is Non-Medical based, Medical scanners will be impacted. We will be adding LIEAP Application document types to the No Task package. If needed, this will allow staff to scan duplicate LIEAP applications without creating a task. This change will cause all users defaults to be reset. There are two types of scanners and depending on which one you have, that will determine when your defaults will need to be updated.
If you have a 6130 scanner (The scanners that are off white in color) you will need to reset your defaults on Monday Morning when you first log into Perceptive Content.
If you have a 7160 (The scanners that are all black in color) you will not need to reset our defaults until DCT IT has installed the new scanner profiles on your machines. This process will start sometime next week.
We are aware of an issue with KEES where a consumer has an active admin role on the case and the consumer has been discontinued. When the consumer is reapplied, the admin roles are end dated for the month prior to the app month in error. When this happens staff will need to edit the admin role end date and change it to the correct end date. If staff encounter this issue a KEES Help Desk ticket will be needed so we can prioritize the fix.
There is currently an issue when registering a new ADAP Program Block, the PA is automatically set to every admin role on the Program Block. When staff encounter this a KEES Help Desk ticket will be needed so we can prioritize the fix.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The Income Amount Detail page is not retaining the Average Amount, Weekly Hours, or Monthly Hours after Save and Continue is selected. This is a display only issue – EDBC is picking up the correct information. Staff should continue to submit tickets to the KEES Help Desk so that we are able to identify how widespread the issue is.
When EDBC is ran for a change to the case and a new benefit amount is issued, a Change NOA is not being generated to inform the client of this change and why. Until this issue has been resolved, staff need to use the V808 form and the Standard Copy and Paste text listed below.
