A build is scheduled for this weekend. Below is a summary of what is included in the release as well as any workarounds that will no longer be necessary.
This weekend Perceptive Content will be updated. While the update is Non-Medical based, Medical scanners will be impacted. We will be adding LIEAP Application document types to the No Task package. If needed, this will allow staff to scan duplicate LIEAP applications without creating a task. This change will cause all users defaults to be reset. There are two types of scanners and depending on which one you have, that will determine when your defaults will need to be updated.
If you have a 6130 scanner (The scanners that are off white in color) you will need to reset your defaults on Monday Morning when you first log into Perceptive Content.
If you have a 7160 (The scanners that are all black in color) you will not need to reset your defaults until DCT IT has installed the new scanner profiles on your machines. This process will start sometime next week.

Child Care P-EBT
Staff will notice that functionality for Child Care P-EBT (2021-2022) has been added to KEES. Staff should not use this functionality. Auto Issuance for eligible households will occur in October and a specialized team will work any cases that cannot be processed automatically.
Medical Text Notification Opt-In
A new Medical Text Notification Opt-In block has been added to the Case Summary page. This new block identifies Medical consumers who have chosen to Opt-In to receive text messages regarding their Medical case. It is person level information and will populate on Non-Medical case numbers. Non-Medical staff should not use this block to add or edit information about a consumer’s preference to opt-In to text notifications.
Text message preferences for Non-Medical consumers can only be added or changed if they also have a Self-Service Portal (SSP) account linked to their Non-Medical case number. To add or change a Non-Medical consumer’s text message preference, click on their SSP account name in the ACSSP User Account block from the Case Summary page. The ACSSP User Detail page opens. This page is used to record a Non-Medical consumer’s email and text message notification preferences as well as their Paper opt-out preferences.
Non-Medical Issues we fixed:
End Dated Vehicles Showing within the Resource Hyperlink on EDBC.
The EDBC Summary page has been fixed so that end dated vehicles no longer appear within the Resource hyperlink.
Motor Vehicle Resources Not Saving as Pending or Verified
The Verified field has been fixed to retain the selected value of Pending or Verified when saving a Motor Vehicle record.
Resource Limit Information on Correspondence Sent from KEES
All resource limits for Food Assistance and TANF, as well as the Lottery/Gambling Winnings limit have been updated to reflect the correct amount on all Notices and Forms sent from KEES.
