We are aware of the EDBC configuration being active sometimes with no eligible, potential, or failed budgets displaying when running the KEES come-up month with an ‘RE’ run reason. If this occurs, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
We are aware that some Delinquent Premium Penalty Periods are not getting set which is causing NOAs to not always display the most recent penalty period for CHIP consumers that are being discontinued for delinquent premiums. If this occurs, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket with screenshots of the incorrect information. Delete the incorrect NOA and then create a manual NOA to communicate the premium penalty months to the consumer.
The following workarounds have been retired from the KEES User Manual:
WA 536 – Incorrect IBU for 18 year-old Primary Applicant with non-filing parent in the home.
WA 589 – Interest/Dividends/Investments not county correctly in EDBC.
WA 598 – LTC with MSP Pre-Tax Deductions.
