8200 Error Creating New Program Block

The KEES Help Desk is receiving reports that staff are getting an 8200 Error when attempting to add a new program block to a case. It appears this only occurs when New Case Application is selected from the Case Application drop-down on the New/Reapplication Detail page. Once staff click Save and Return, they receive an 8200 Error and no program block will have generated; however, a new Case Application will have generated on the Case Summary page in the Case Applications section.

 

As a temporary workaround for this issue, staff should repeat the process a second time – only this time they will need to select the App Number that was just generated with their Application Date. This will allow them to generate the new program block without error.
