While working in KEES, if you get kicked back to the KEES login page, please DO NOT log back in directly from there. You will need to click on your favorited KEES bookmark from within your browser and log in. If you try to log in directly after getting kicked out, you will essentially be using a “bad” KEES URL and will receive a 404 Error directly after attempting to log in.
This example was sent in the 4/26/24 KEES Dispatch; the same logic applies. Notice the URL says “pageLabel=eligibility_customerinformation” – this is a bad URL.

When processing cases if workers come across a Living Arrangement of Homeless it should not be removed from the case. Living Arrangements is a shared page, and the Homeless living arrangement is used by DCF, removing their records is causing tracking issues. This record will not cause any issues when running EDBC for Medical.
