The Help Desk is investigating an issue where additional lines are added to the Person View page each time the Worker Assignment or Casebank Assignment changes. It is not necessary for staff to submit Help Desk tickets for this issue. We will provide an update when one is available.
A defect has been logged for LTC Details missing from the Medical EDBC Override Detail page. If staff need to perform an approved workaround that requires them to override the LTC Details, they will need to click the Add button in the LTC Details section of the Medical EDBC Override Detail page and then click Cancel when the Medical EDBC LTC Override Detail page displays. This will take staff back to the Medical EDBC Override Detail page where they will see that the LTC Details have now been populated. Staff will be notified once this issue is fixed.
The Help Desk is investigating a potential issue with the new spenddown functionality that was introduced with the release on September 23rd. Per the training that was provided, when a consumer is discontinued in the middle of a 6 month base period, and then get subsequently rescinded, the original 6 month base period should be maintained. This may not be working as expected in some situations. We ask that staff carefully review their EDBC results and please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this is encountered.

The Help Desk is investigating reports that the AR Request/AR Link Request task is generating when the functionality should be suppressed. It is not necessary for staff to submit Help Desk tickets for this issue. We will provide an update when one is available.
The Help Desk is investigating a report that EDBC incorrectly changed a household from a 6-month IR in the first month of Approval to a 12-month report in the second month of Approval. We ask that staff carefully review their EDBC results and please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this is encountered.
A defect has been logged for the red New indicator showing in Task Navigation for School Attendance and Household Status when there are no new records for data acceptance. Business will get this defect prioritized and we will provide an update once it has been fixed.
