We are aware of KEES sometimes counting whole life insurance policies that are under $1500 in the EDBC determination. Please pay close attention when there are whole life insurance policies that are less than $1500. If the resources are not counting correctly, submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
We are aware that the field Parolee Type displays as required when some section codes are selected on the Non-Citizenship Status Detail page. If you experience this, please create a KEES Help Desk ticket.
We are aware that the new income record added by the Medical Reviews Determination Batch is not being added to the Pre-Populated review form that is sent to consumers. It is not necessary to submit Help Desk tickets for this issue.
The TALX Error Codes Business Process is available in the KEES User Manual here: TALX Error Codes Business Process. After the September 2024 release, staff will start seeing new codes communicated through TALX. This business process has the most common response codes that staff will see and determine the next step in the Tier Verification process.
The Reviews Discontinuance Batch will run 10/16/2024 for reviews that are due in September 2024. Staff will see closures for Failure to Return Review.
