An issue has been identified with certain NOA’s incorrectly populating the fragment - Age 19 through 64 and not disabled. The numerous incident reports were instrumental in helping us identify the issue. We appreciate all the reports. We have an adequate number of incidents to move forward with a fix. Until that time, it is no longer necessary to continue to submit new incidents for this specific occurrence.
