1400 Error When Viewing a Notice of Action that is Pending Review – FIXED

The reported issue of receiving a 1400 error when viewing a NOA that has a status of Pending Review has been fixed.

 

Income Detail Page Not Allowing Frequency of ‘Every Two Weeks’ in Dropdown

Currently, the Income Detail page is not displaying the option of Every Two Weeks in the Frequency dropdown menu.  To avoid delay in case processing, users may apply a workaround until the issue is fixed.  The user could manually convert the income to a monthly amount and use the Frequency selection of Monthly, on the Income Detail page.  DCF staff who are not familiar with manually converting income to a monthly amount should work with a supervisor, quarterback or a program consultant to calculate the income.

KEES not Shortening Base Periods when Long Term Care is Established in a Month after the Application Month – FIXED

The reported issue of KEES not shortening LTC Base Periods after the application month has been fixed.

 

Review Needs to be Completed Validation error Received – FIXED

The reported issue of encountering a validation error Review Needs to be Completed when processing either Prior Medical or a New Application has been fixed.

 

Unable to Add Prior Medical Months to a Previous Application – FIXED

The reported issue of being unable to add Prior Medical months to a person’s previous application date has been fixed.

 

Some Electronic Applications are not Generating Tasks – FIXED

The reported issue of some e-apps not generating tasks has been fixed.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

The DCF Processing Deadlines for 2023 have been updated. Please refer to the attachment that was sent out in the 10/4/2022 KEES Dispatch for the updated version.  We will provide you with the link once the 2023 Processing Deadlines have been updated on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures, and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
