Due to a system issue, not all eApp Statuses are updating to In Progress after being linked to an existing case. A data fix will be run periodically to update the Status of eApps linked to a case that remain in Received Status; however, staff should check the eApp Status after all case work has been completed and if it still shows as Received, a ticket should be submitted to the KEES Help Desk requesting that we update the Status to Processed by Worker.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2021 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Due to the recent changes we’ve made around Reviews and IRs we wanted to remind staff how to work IRs and Reviews that appear on the Skipped Issuance Report.
