There have been a handful of issues identified out of this weekend’s release. Please see below for which issues no longer need to be reported.
Member Cannot Be Rescinded – Please continue to submit tickets
It appears in some scenarios, Discontinued persons cannot be rescinded as they do not appear on the Rescind Detail page.
Admin. Roles – Tickets no longer needed
The Edit button is missing for Administrative Roles.
Application Detail page – Please continue to submit tickets
It appears there may be an issue with updating application dates and/or BDA’s on the Application Detail page. Additional tickets are needed to confirm.
Negative Action – Tickets no longer needed
The Negative Action Reason drop-down is not populating with any Negative Action options after selecting the person(s) to be Negative Actioned for some users. This has been confirmed to be a Browser issue. Staff should be able to perform this action in Chrome; however we are looking into the issue with IE.
New Case Created in Error – Please continue to submit tickets
It appears in some scenarios, when linking an eApp to an existing case number, that a new case number is being created in error.
W001 and W002 Error – Please continue to submit tickets
Some users have reported receiving an error when attempting to generate the W001 and W002 Forms.
