When a consumer lives in an apartment complex, the Address Normalization Tool will sometimes add the name of the apartment complex to the normalized address. When this occurs, staff should select the User Entered address rather than the normalized address. Using the normalized address in this instance can create downstream issues due to the length of the address once the apartment complex name has been added.
